Parts inventory for Cahaya Gemilang Motor (Daci Motor). Kampas rem Hino Dutro, V-belts, engine mounting. Location codes like BB3 and gudang belakang. 2,855 products in the April 2025 list. This is a counter business, not a boutique catalog.
What they needed
Stock lived in heads and notebooks. Part numbers collide. The same kampas rem sits in two bins. Purchasing and sales did not talk to each other. They needed a system the person at the counter can open all day, not a demo that looks tidy for an hour.
What they got
A dark dashboard with today’s revenue, month totals, a 12-month chart. Products with part number, qty, unit, price, bin location. Brands, categories, vendors, purchases, customers, stock opname. Payments online. Excel in and out for the product list.
We started the line in 2022. The screenshots are the 2025 screens operators actually open: dashboard on 21 May, product table in late April.
